Hi sir. I understand the problems your facing it important to realise that I would require a little bit more details to conclude on the  kind of headache your having. So if you can tell me whether if it's - on one side or not ? -associated with any kind of difficulty in seeing ? - associated with  fever ? - excess tear secretion, nasal stuffiness ? - how long do you have the headache during the day - do you wake up because of the headache - your regular medicines list Do consult with the following details for a helpful answer Thank you

Regarding Your Headache Concern:**  Headaches persisting for 5 days require careful evaluation. While occasional headaches can be managed with rest and hydration, persistent pain may indicate underlying issues such as tension headaches, migraines, or other conditions that need proper diagnosis. Immediate Steps You Can Take:**  - Ensure adequate hydration and rest.  - Avoid excessive screen time and stress.  - Over-the-counter pain relief like *paracetamol* (500mg) can be tried, but avoid self-medicating with stronger drugs without medical advice.  When to Seek Consultation:**  - If headaches worsen or recur frequently.  - If accompanied by nausea, vomiting, vision changes, or dizziness.  - If pain disrupts daily activities.    Why a Consultation Is Important:**  - Accurate diagnosis through detailed history and examination.  - Personalized treatment plan to address the root cause.  - Guidance on lifestyle adjustments and preventive measures.  For further assistance or to schedule an appointment, you can reach me on WhatsApp at **eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two**.
