Head pressure and squeeze like feeling
I have tension headache yesterday evening it worsen at night I taken injection nd medication for that but can't able to sleep due to anxiety and then early morning I wake up with pressure and squeezing like feel in left side of crown head it is not painful but it pressure or sqeezing feel at only that place I am worrying about that last night I slept only 5 hrs also when I chew something that place is chewing like feel in head

Firstly try to calm down your mind. Stess, anxiety Is the main reason for this type of headache.Is this first time headache?. And any vomiting sensation associated? Let me know.
