Chronic tension pressure in forhead
Pressure in forehead and in back for 5 months constantly no rest even in seconds , not headache but pressure in forehead and eye brow bone area , done massaging, relaxing, stress free , good sleep, hydrating, good meal but it does go away is this tension headache or migraine , it get worse when I'm angry and cool air environment, cold water in head, but still all the time it's heavy , what is this and how to relax my forehead permanently.
