The blood pressure needs to come under control immediately as it is a very dangerous pressure that your husband currently has and should be under hospital observation until the pressure comes under control as he is at a high risk for multiple life threatening problems such as stroke, heart disorders, etc. As for the cyst in the kidney his renal function has to be determined to view if it is causing any complications to the kidney and treated accordingly. Kindly visit the nearest casualty/ER at the earliest.
