Having pain in right side of my back
Having pain in right side of my back (above hip) This was caused when I was travelling in train. Pain is increasing and kind of spreading in my back. Am no able to sleep on my back or on the right. This is indicative when I try to lift my right leg.

It seems you have an acute disc problem since lifting the right leg is painful. Straight leg rise test SLR is positive in disc problems kindly consult an orthopedic

This can be muscle stain . Try taking hot water bottle on painful side. Do not bend it back much and do not lift weight. If still painful take physiotherapy treatment from clinic
