Your report shows low hemoglobin likely due to vitamin B12 deficiency.170 mg of fasting glucose level is high .serum LDH is very high ,but it's non specific as it's elevated levels are seen in different conditions.platelets count is low Do HBA1C , vitamin d . As for low vitamin B12 start taking 1000 mcg of cyanocobalamin daily for few months .

According to your report, it looks like you have anemia (low Hb level due to vitamin b12 deficiency), and your platelet count is low. Since your ldh level is increased it's better to get a kidney function test and kindly consult with report.

Your LDH is very high, but LD the cause cannot be determined as it is nonspecific.it could be due to anemia or something else. Sine your rbc and platelets are also low and you are complaining of severe fatigue, Please get an LDH isoenzyme test done and consult with reports. Your sugar kevels are also high and that too neefs to be addressed.
