It has nothing to do with vaccination.  All happened because of bike riding.Pls do hot fermentation and do extension exercise also know as bhujangasana 5 times twice a day.

It is due to same posture for prolong period of time, because of this back muscles are overused and get tight. Apply hot formentation, and take muscle relaxant also.

It could be due to back muscles strain. You should give hot water fomentation for 15-20 minutes twice a day for three days. You can use volini gel or spray provided you are not allergic. Avoid prolonged sitting. Avoid lifting heavy objects. Turn to one side while getting up and lying down. Once the pain subsides, you should do back stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance.
Next Steps
If the pain persists or aggrevates you need to consult a Physiotherapist or Orthopaedist for complete assessment and treatment.
