Having a sprained right ankle.
Hello there I am having a sprained right ankle for a few days now. Using moov and an ankle support does provide interim relief but not completely. What medicines should I take?

Rigid immobilisation with a slab or cast is must for 4-6weeks in a ankle sprain.
Ankle support is not rigid enough.
