“The desire for a more positive experience is itself a negative experience. And, paradoxically, the acceptance of one’s negative experience is itself a positive experience.” - Mark Manson. When you accept that being lonely wont last forever, it will slowly let you heal. You are not lonely, you are experiencing being alone in solitude. Emotions are energy in motion. You’ve got to express yourself and let them move. Become friends with your emotions. Don’t label them as positive or negative, they aren’t good or bad, they are just simply... emotions. The path to happiness is an internal one my friend. My immediate advice to you, is to begin an inner journey of exploring ways to deal with your feelings. Whatever we resist will persist. If you feel that “this emotion is bad”, I shouldn’t feel like this. It will only make you feel worse. However, if you think... “wow I’m sad... why am I feeling this way...? maybe because this thing I’m sad about us meaningful to me... that I care about it.” We’re not always sad but we put ourselves in a sad state at times. Beware of this too! Get yourself around happier content, people and make sure you consume positive media. Would love to speak in further detail. Shoot me a message on Instagram - @flozoneacademy. I will help you further, bro. Upwards spiral!

Hi, Happiness is a state of mind. Begin to understand yourself well and the Nature around us. We are not perfect beings, hence trying to becoming perfect or forcing ourselves too much can lead to to  unrealistic expectations and stressful situations. Hence we all should begin with accepting our limitations, thus leading to relaxed mind and platform to overcome our limitations and also state of mind to accept others limitation, which will further lead to a better relationship with people around us. Sometimes some are born with sensitive or emotional personality, they might have lot of positives, strengths, skills etc but may lack in handling emotions during stressful conditions. Hence might feel very uncomfortable handling their emotions especially during an emotional outburst with near and dear ones. Such situations can lead to soured/bitter relationship and people might start ignoring you and also people or you might stay out of relationships and prefer to stay lonely. This might enter into a vicious cycle and can influence your personality,  decrease happiness quotient and sense of loneliness and abandonment can creep in. Hence decreased happiness, being lonely and perceiving self and all activities negatively.
Next Steps
Don't stay in this state long duration, try to take help from a mental health professional especially the psychiatrist who is also good in counselling skills and can impart positive psychology to you
Health Tips

Good day Friend.  Thank you for reaching out here. I can understand your concern about loneliness.  Human mind works based on secretion of different hormones to feel the happiness. Obviously these hormones will secret only when you look, feel, sense, hear, smell good things around you like ex:  people appreciate your work, you accomplish some tasks, talking to  friends , good foods, hearing nice music, enjoying good relationships etc. So the solution is, be with the  company of good people around you. Yes, it quite difficult to connect with people immediately,  but its definitely doable task. It just need a  give and take approach and little bit of relaxing your ego. Be positive. You will be alright soon. Take a counselling support to overcome this problem.
