I guess it is hamstring muscle pull , everyday when I woke up I feel pain while walking and stretching. I feel pain from my lower back (hips) to knee and I back of my thighs. And m suffering from this from 20 days. It's getting difficult to walk after a sleep while doing exercise.

Quadriceps exercise
Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day.
Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area
Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

Don't worry about this pain. Its nothing but Piriformis syndrome. Please follow the below things you will get out your issue.
Position: Lying in the bed with both knee flexion.
1. Keep your leg in figure of four position
2. Pull your '4' positioned leg towards your opposite side shoulder
3. Do it the same for both sides for 10 reputation

Before you start any exercises my advice will be to get urself screened by some orthopedic surgeon or an experience physio so that one can find the reason for this pain and stiffness which comes after rest!!!
Hamstring tightness comes with some particular history and therefore physical examination is very important before anyone can prescribe any exercises
