Severe back pain when woke up from bed
Sir, I am 40 years two days back my lower back muscles are got struck when I tried to adjust bedsheet cover. Severe back pain started. I feel more pain when I woke up and it will take 10 to 15 minutes time to start walk. Please suggest any tablets or exercise to set right. Applying nizar and taking movexx tablets.

Tablets are temporary, mostly painkillers and vitamins. Consult physiotherapy, assessment of muscles, start exercises according to your condition as taught by physiotherapy.gradually with proper exercises you ll get rid of your back pain.

Applying diclofenac ointment and then hot water fermentation will help reduce pain quickly. Visit nearest Physiotherapy centre and take Ultrasound for 3 days, after reducing of pain do the followimg exercises 1. Lower tummy strengthening. 2. Deep abdominal strengthening. 3. Bridge. 4. Pelvis tilt. 5. Lower back stretch. 6. Leg stretch. 7. Piriformis stretch. if pain is severe and cant perform these then let me know about tablets or ointment to be given according to disease like sciatica, disc bulge or nerve compression
