The broken teeth can be fixed. For that first the doctor has to take an XRay and check if there is any infection in the tooth. If there is infection then you may require RCT and Crown. If there is no infection a simple composite bonding or veneers can be done.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist and get Xray done for those teeth

Yes definitely, your half broken teeth can be made complete. First of all, an x-ray has to be taken for your front teeth and then a diagnosis will be made based on it, whether they require RCT and crowns, or composite filling. It would be better if you visit a dentist and explain your concern.
