• Redensyl/“RCP-based” serums are safe for long-term use, but their effect is mild and supportive, not as strong as minoxidil • They help in early thinning or maintenance, but may not be sufficient alone for significant hair loss Next Steps: • You can continue your current serum (Bontress Pro+) long term if you are comfortable • Use consistently once daily for at least 4–6 months to judge results • Add supportive care: • Protein-rich diet + biotin (if deficient) • Check vitamin D, B12, ferritin • If thinning is progressing → consider low-dose minoxidil alternative or medical therapy after consult Helpful Tips / Words of Caution: • These serums maintain hair more than regrow lost hair • Results are slow and subtle—don’t expect dramatic regrowth • If hair fall is increasing or scalp visibility worsening → need stronger treatment • Avoid frequently switching products—consistency is key Kindly consult with me via Practo for detailed evaluation and treatment

Bontress Pro + serum is great for people who can’t or don’t want to use Minoxidil. No dependency. Good response. Having said that we still need proper evaluation before continuing this serum for the Hairfall as it has an elaborate r list of causes.

Bontress pro+ is beneficial if u have nutritional deficiency in conditions like telogen effluim but if u are near to  baldness or receding hairline it doesn't help much ,u can opt for DHT blockers along with serum if minoxidil is not suiting u
Next Steps
check vit d,b12 ,S.ferritin levels to rule out any deficiencies
