Hello, I am doing gym from last 2 years and and recently i am diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. My arthritis is at very low level and starting i only feel stiffness on knee , ankle ,fingers and back, No swelling and no much pain...
So can I continue my gym...?
And can i take whey protein also ?
