For two days I had pain in gums,while eating,and it is slightly swollen,i feel very anxious,please reply me

Hie.. there could be two reasons.. either there have been formation of pocket due to food lodgement.. or might be some periapical infection from some infected tooth..if possible try to attach the pic of that area

Hie..it may be due to pocket formation or some infection is there in the tooth...so consult your dentist and go for a xray then he will evaluate what's the problem ..
