Gum problem
From June I'm having gum problem,.. time of every brush I'm can see blood coming from my tooth,.. when I spit I can only see red colour in my washbasin,.. could anyone suggest me some good tooth paste ,.. and help me to rid form this problem

Get scaling and polishing ( cleaning of teeth) done by your dentist. They will advise if any further treatment is required. Then home maintainence with twice a day brushing, flossing and mouthwash

Paste alone cannot solve your problem.. progression of the gum disease should be assessed first then plan ur treatment accordingly.. don’t delay. Meet a dentist immediately, or else u may end u with mobile teeth..

First of all , kindly get scaling and polishing done from a dentist and slowly slowly you will see improvements.

Bleeding from gums is indicative of gum disease. Toothpaste alone will not help. You will need additional treatment in the form of scaling and polishing. Also gums needs assessment.
Home remedies you can do include massaging the gums gently but firmly. That will improve blood circulation and improve the health.
You can use one or two drops of gum astringent (gum paint) during the massage.
