Urgently rush for scaling and polishing. Very poor oral hygiene. Go to a proper dental clinic don’t look for cheap dental treatment options. So called cheap charitable type of dental clinics using cheap Chinese equipment’s will ruin your teeth.

The very first thing you need to do is to get your teeth cleaning done . There is accumulation of calculus on your teeth due to which the gums present there are undergoing recession , that is , degeneration of gums . If not taken care of , these two teeth might fall off in the coming future and that too very soon.
Next Steps
To keep your teeth clean you must visit your dentist every 6 months.

Hi you have a lot of calculus that is hard food debris and deposits. Which do not go off with a brush. There is lot of inflammation in your gums because of the buildup. Kindly get a round of oral prophylaxis (teeth cleaning / scaling) done. After which you can brush and maintain.
Next Steps
Follow the right brushing technique. Floss your teeth. Use a mouth wash when advised. Massage your gums to increase blood circulation. Rinse mouth after you eat or drink anything. Use a fluoridated toothpaste and brush with a medium bristled toothpaste.
