I can clearly see interdental spacing in between teeth which often causes food lodgement. Food lodgement results in accumulation of food debris and plaque. Plaque accumulation especially subgingivally causes decay and gum recession due to periodontal pocket formation.
Next Steps
Rx
-Brush in circular movement of ICPA Thermoseal ultrasoft toothbrush.
-Clohex mouthwash - twice daily after brushing.
-Ornigreat gel- apply all over the affected gum area and massage for 2 minutes towards the direction of teeth.
-Tab Limcee -take one tablet once daily.
Health Tips
Visit your nearby dentist if condition doesn't improve in two week.

This is gum infection which has resulted in the attachment loss due to which you can see the gum has gone down. You need to visit Periodontist for the treatment.

Health Tips
Don't try to pull the lips frequently to check and don't insert anything in the gum surface
Due to food lodgement followed by improper removal of the food debris calculi is formed.
Follow these regularly for maintenance of oral hygiene,
1.Make sure you follow correct brushing technique which includes proper brushing of all surfaces of teeth.
Wipe off all surfaces of teeth with soft clean cotton cloth with moderate pressure which will further smoothen the teeth surfaces, that will lead to least accumulation of microorganisms on tooth surface >> less chances of caries initiation and further food lodgement >>less accumulation of calculus/ stain formation.
2. Use dental floss for removing interdental food lodgement which doesn't come out sometimes even after brushing.
3.luke warm water salt gargle after few times everyday.
4.tongue cleaning thoroughly with tongue scraper
5.mouthwash: orahex pro or hexidine. Once in every two days. After food. Do not eat drink anything or rinse for half an hour after spitting out the mouthwash.

First of all the gum does not decay...in one of the teeth it is recessing(going down). There seems to be little plaque accumulation on the teeth and i assume you do very forceful brushing
Next Steps
use an extra soft brush using circular motion to brush the teeth...and as the lockdown gets over and the corona cases stop rising... please visit the dentist for scaling
Health Tips
brush twice gently using circular motion
use chlorhexidine mouthwash twice daily
visit the dentist to get scaling done as soon as the pandemic conditions get normal
