bleeding gums are caused by improper plaque removal and poor oral hygiene Plaque contains bacteria which attack the healthy Gums. and cause the gums to become inflamed and irritated, red and swollen which may cause them to bleed when brushing or flossing. This is called Gingivitis and is the first stage of gum disease. Bad breath is also the result of poor hygiene
Scaling will help you. Maintain oral hygiene, brush teeth twice in a day. Use mouthwash. After eating food rinse your mouth. Do flossing. Every 6 months you should visit to dentist for regular check ups.

Hello
Bleeding gums is a common problem which nowadays is faced by most of the patients. Please get your teeth cleaned ( scaling) first, then learn the adequate brushing technique from your dentist. Once the cause is removed, start doing warm saline rinses as much as you can.
Next Steps
get your scaling and polishing done from a dentist
Hello sir, first you need to do a general cleaning followed chlorhexidine mouthwash and medicated past for your gum health... Do not neglect, because if you ignore this your teeth will become loose due to lack of gum support...
Kindly visit your nearest dentist and get the regular scaling or say cleaning done. .you may have developed gum problem...once you get it done now the problem solves and u can maintain the gum health by doing the scaling process yearly once ...Don't neglect it.
Next Steps
Visit the dentist.
Health Tips
Start on mouth wash for now. Chlohex ADS ...twice a day .
It is always better not to opt for medicines. I would advise you to get scaling done ( cleaning). It will minimise the infection thus reduce bleeding.
A dental consultation is recommended to find out the cause for bad breath and treat it accordingly.
Usually the bleeding happens from the gums around the tooth and not the tooth. Due to tooth decay or gum pocket, there is accumulation of food particles and plaque causing the gums to get inflamed and bleed easily. When pressure builds up in the gum pocket, it pains. But after it bleeds, the pressure is relieved, so you will not have pain. Go to a dentist and get a clinical check up done and a tooth X-ray also.

Bleeding gums are caused by inadequate plaque removal. Plaque contains germs which attack the healthy tissue around the teeth. This will cause the gums to become inflamed and irritated, which may cause them to bleed when brushing or flossing. This is called Gingivitis and is the first stage of gum disease.
