Gum bleeding is mostly because of inflammatory gums, due to deposits in the gap between gums and teeth ( sulcus), just using sensodyne tooth paste will not solve your problem, visit a dentist for complete oral prophylaxis.

Bleeding from the gums due to poor oral hygiene condition(collection of plaque/tartar)  Brushing too hard. You can get rid of this problem by taking good care of your teeth. Brush your teeth twice a day, floss every day, rinse daily with an antibacterial mouthwash.
