Normally I see the bleeding of Gums of in morning but last few weeks I see that my teeth gums bleed any time of day. For example I am working and I sense that my gums are bleeding. I really don't know why it is bleading because for last one hour I had not eaten any thing or I am not doing any brush or flossing. Can you please tell me what shall I do

gums bleed when they are unhealthy,so u need to undergo full mouth scaling & cleaning,learn proper brushing technique &brush twice compulsary at night,rinse after every meal,use mouthwash & gargles,do flossing in between the teeth,go for regular dental check ups atleast in 6 months.this will help u in maintaining a gud oral hygiene

It could b because if gum infection due to deposits around the teeth get teeth cleaning done once and use gum tone or stolin gum paint for massaging gum ..
Gum bleeding can occur due to various reasons and one of the most common being gum disease . You must visit the nearest dental centre and consult the doctor for the underlying cause of your gum bleeding.you can alternatively massage your gums with metrogyl DG gel till you visit a doctor. Take care.
Hello..bleeding gums can be treated primarily scaling of teeth.If still problem persists,full mouth x ray and investigations have to be done as flap surgery and bone graft placement may be required.kindly visit dentist as soon as possible.
