Please suggest on natural and artificial intake of vitamin D3,Vitamin B complex and Zinc.
In addition to it can a gym goer consume Whey protein as I have heard many doctors suggesting supplements aren't good for health as they may cause certain disorders?

While zinc and vitamin B complex can be found widely through natural sources, vitamin D might be a little tricky. Hence, one can take a supplement for vit D ONLY after assessing the serum levels. As far as whey proteins are considered, they are usually the first choice. However, a protein supplement would only work if your workout is of the sorts. Else, it will be a waste to take it and can alos pose health risk.
