Lack of proper sleep and stress are main reason of premature greying of hairs. Such lifestyle increases the ageing process which in turn may affect the hair growth, volume and overall health. As per ayurveda it is pittaj dosh janya vikruti which can be reversed at this stage. The reason comeshere is that air bubbles get trapped in hair follicles instead of melanin pigment which shows white colour.
Next Steps
Meditation will reduce stress levels and cardio will help proper circulation of blood in scalp.
