Can showering my hair daily cause greyin
I am aged only 15.I have a grey hair in my head.I shower my hair saily.but I shampoo my hair once in two days.can this be a reason for premature greying ?can I change those grey hair in my head to black hair.

Graying if hairs in early age has 2 reasons
1. As per prakriti Pitta prakriti person has graying hairs in early age according to their body nature... it is inevitable... but can be postponed by some measures..
2. As per wrong food sleep activity aggravated pitta accumulation does so.. this is curable by correct lifestyle..
Health Tips
Daily head shower is ok.. no problem.. but never use hot water for head.. hot water o er head is the one of the cause for gray hairs ..
normal cold water is advised for head bath.. mild shampoo can be used in 2 days once.
