Green tea: overheating
Is there any wrong when i put green tea on heat for more than 3 minutes. Is its antioxidants property gets destroyed when grean tea is heated more. What is the accurate time of making it and can it be made in oven ? When and how many times green tea should be consumed in day?

Yes... Heating above 3 mins reduces the concentration of antioxidants cathecins. Ideally for one cup green tea... boil the water for two mins.....put off the gas....immediately put green tea leaves.....cover it with lid for two mins....and than strain it. Green tea without sugar, jaggery and honey can be consumed four to five times, if made in above manner.
