This could be due to various reasons like: nutrient deficiencies, genetics, poor lifestyle or any health condition like thyroid etc.
Next Steps
First get your blood test done to check various parameters regarding any deficiency like: vit B12, vit D, zinc & calcium. If deficiency is spotted then get connected to a Dietitian and if there are no such deficiencies then contact a Dermatologist.
Health Tips
start following a balanced diet. Improve lifestyle and include more green vegetables, nuts like: Almonds & walnuts, seeds: flaxseeds & chia seeds. Include Amla, eggs, Carrots and broccoli etc.

Hi Good afternoon! There could be several reasons for this - genetics, stress, alopecia, thyroid disorders or nutritional deficiencies ( iron, Vitamin B6, B12, E or D). It could also be due to smoking. You can do a blood test to look for nutrient deficiencies or thyroid related issues. If that’s not the case, then you could talk to a dermatologist.
