Hi, thank you for your enquiry.
Greying of hair is accelerated due to ageing, oxidative stress, genetics, B vitamins deficiency and protein deficiency. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins, reduced carbohydrates & healthy fats along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help.

Hi
Take direct consultation for customised diet plan.
hello practo user, hair loss may be due to various reasons like stress level, lifestyle, bad eating habits, genetics, deficiencies or abnormal blood circulation etc. since you don't eat vegetables, in your case it may be because of vitamin deficiency. i would suggest you to take a blood test done for all vitamins. consult your family physician, to prescribe you a good multivitamin based on your blood report.
all the best.
