Have a well balanced nutrient dense foods daily such as all seasonal rainbow coloured fruits and vegetables, whole unpolished cereal grains, whole unpolished pulses, good fats, ( EFA'S ), good amount of fiber, nuts, seeds, dry fruits, milk and milk products, eggs, fish, chicken etc...(if non veg ).
Have foods rich in vitamin A, E, zinc, selenium, iron, folic acid etc...
The above mentioned foods have all these nutrients in varied proportions...so you can consume them in liberal portions ...
Besides that...you should be following a healthy lifestyle modifications like regular eating habits, enough water intake per day around 2 to 3 litres, limit caffeinated beverages, avoid outside foods, prefer healthy home cooked meals, good sleep and rest, physical activities both morning and evening like brisk walking , yoga etc...
