Would like to know causes for premature graying and basic care I can do from my end..would external application like oiling frequently or some sort of natural products help ?or
it has to be treated with supplements and dietary modifications?
Or does it indicate any hormonal imbalance?
It's a sudden increase in the number of strands..
Genetic history of greying-Parents had only in late 40's
Diet history- non-vegetarian Normal home food and outside food twice a week.
Coffee 1 cup and tea 1 cup per day
Not much of a water person..I don't drink much as I'm supposed to..
Have coloured my hair twice in the past but did not touch the roots.
Noticing sudden increase in grey hair..no new changes in particular..

Don't take stress it will may increase your problem. The change of colour has lots of reason , life style, shampoo you are using, not properly oiling of hair, the food ingredients you used in regular..An so on....

You need to maintain well balanced diet with adequate physical activity.. Your diet should be rich in vitamin b12, vitamin e coming from non veg sources, flax seeds, melon seeds and chia seeds. Stay hydrated.

There are multiple factors that can cause premature greying of hair. Stress, pollution, chemicals, improper sleep, improper diet, hormonal imbalance all of these could cause greying. The best method is to concentrate on proper diet with some haircare and relaxation techniques that will help alleviate the stress build up in the body.
Regarding diet u need to concentrate on biotin, vitamin B12, protein, selenium, vitamin A, vitamin C, etc.
