Grade 2 Fatty Liver
Recently I have done Upper abdomen USG. Everything is normal except "moderate hepatomegaly with Grade II Changes. " But same day i have also done LFT which is absolutely in Normal Ranges. And also diagnosed with Diabetes eg Fasting 163 and PP 229. How to cure Fatty Liver Issue and Diabetes? I Occasionally consume alcohol (2/3 pegs in a month), quited smoking totally for last 20 months. Please advise. Thanks.

As per the blood glucose levels you have mentioned, you are diabetic.Fatty liver could be reversed with strict diet modification, avoiding alcohol, fatty foods and losing weight by regular exercise for 30 minutes a day.Check your lipid profile.
