Need your height , weight and medical history for more detail. If you are suffering from Celiac disease. Need to avoid wheat and wheat products because gluten protein is present only in wheat. Instead of wheat you can take maize, Chana , ragi , Bajra and soya product. Maintain your healthy routine. Drink 3-4 litres water in a day. Do your body analysis and get better results. For more detail consult me directly on Practo.
