Hello Sir/Ma'am Just concerned whether gluten is good or bad me to intake. P. S - Gluten free may cause nausea, muscle cramps etc whereas gluten filled foods can have adverse effects on small intestine. May be there should be a balance for the same. With that said, how should a Diabetic patient with 57 years of age proceed? Please suggest. Thanks in advance

Hello , Gluten allergy sincerely can be noticed by anyone e when any kind of gut problems occur after its consumption. Children may also get affected. But normally the appropriate I take under balanced diet chart is not harmful. But how and how much you consume it may differ the concept of allergy.
