Hi! No, gluten does not make the immune system weak- unless you have an allergy or intolerance to wheat and wheat products that contain gluten. The number of chapatis in a day depends on your weight , physical activity, digestion , appetite and other factors like daily food intake. Wheat is very high in carbohydrates, so it’s recommended to restrict intake for weight watchers or those with underlying medical Ellie diabetes, liver problems etc.
