Gluten allergy
I am having gluten allergy since 2011 and after not taking wheat anymore i gained weight and height and everything got stabilised. After a year ttg report was negative so i started taking wheat and now i am too skinny and weak but m gaining weight! Can stopping wheat again help become normal and not skinny???

Yes if you are allergic to wheat then avoid it. Go for all food allergy test again and maintain healthy lifestyle and follow diabetic diet with minimum requirements for insulin to get your perfect health. Mostly with type 1 DM we maintain it with medicines but diet and physical activity is the main key factors gor diabetes management.
