Hi there! I can understand your concern. Gluten insensitivity is generally not curable but it is dependent on your extent of intolerance. Many people can tolerate certain processed food items made out of wheat so it is very subjective. You will need to assess what your body can accept and tolerate and eat accordingly. You will need to consult your doctor/dietitian before reintroducing any gluten foods back in your diet as close monitoring would be essential.
