Gingivitis, bleeding gums
Hello,
I have pain in the tooth gums, bleeding and swelling in the gingival gums, bleeding. I didn't use tooth brush for last 1 year . i use only my hand or neem stick for brushing
. Tell home remedies for my problem that i can't go out now. I will consult the doctor after April 14th..

Brush twice a day. Warm saline rinses, and take Vitamin C (available in citrus fruits like orange ,kinoo ,lemon etc or Tab Limcee if you can get at your local chemist)

Hello sir dnt warry.... bee cool... first brush u r teeth nt ur gums... use chlorhexidin mouth wash after dng brush.. use gum astringent... wash ur hands take astringent with index finger n massage on u r gums daily 3to4 times

You have to go for scaling treatment but it is not possible now. So do warm saline gargle thrice a day for 5-7 days after meal.

Have vitamin c supplements like Tab limcee one tablet daily for 15 days. Have fruits which contains vitamin C ( orange, pineapple , lime water, tomatos ) .
Use toothbrush for brushing. N for bleeding gums problem use Stolin R Gel as a toothpaste.

At present ..use
•Omnident toothpaste to avoid bleeding gums and brush with tooth brush from gum towards the teeth
•Astrigum gum paint to massage.
If the paste and massage cannot be acquired then home remedy do warm saline rinses and massage gums with edible oil.
And later get professional cleaning under antibiotic coverage.

Hi , this swelling and bleeding in your gums are because of lots of deposits that will be completely cure by doing professional cleaning or scaling .

Your gums are bleeding because of infection. If you don't brush properly, the infection will increase further.
Avoild using finger for brushing.
Start using Soft tooth brush with pepsodent Gum Care Tooth paste, Twice Daily.
Gums looks infectious,
Start using Rexidine M forte gel, massage the gums for 1 min and gargle with mouth wash.

Not using brush because of bleeding gums is not a good idea. The more u do not clean the more will be the inflammation and bleeding. Ideally u need to get a cleaning done. But now due to the covid19 situation, I advice u using a Gum Paint like Sensoform or
Stolin R to massage ur gums twice a day after brushing. Put a drop on ur finger after properly washing with soap and massage all ur gums in circular motion.
You can also consider using a Chlorhexidine mouthwash Like Chlohex ADS for bacterial control. Take 5ml mouthwash into your mouth and rinse thoroughly for at least 1min.

These are palliative measures. U need to get a subgingival cleaning done asap.

Hi, it is gingivitis-inflammation of gums due to soft deposits.. you can use metrohex gel.Apply the gel over the inflammed gums and do massage for a minute. Apply it for 2 times for a week. Warm Salt water gargle is the best as you asked for home remedy. If you can use ultasoft tooth brush after your ultrasonic scaling done.
