Gestation sac size
IVF pregnancy: went for an ultrasound at 9weeks 5days. Fetal CRL is good measuring at 9weeks 6days with FHR of 176bpm. But Gestation sac is only at 9weeks 2 days. As per LMP, I'm at 9weeks 5 days. Gestation sac growth was good till two weeks but slowed down in the last two weeks. My doctor increased dosage of heparin from 40mg to 80mg. Is this lag in gestation sac size concerning? What does this mean?

There is no lag in gestation. Weeks as per your date and as per your USG reports will always vary. So no need to worry
