I have anxiety attacks thinking about what all i have to do eg.. Change houses, or even as simple as think about the next day obligations. Always thinking of the worst in every situation, constant worry about anything and everything. The desire to control everything.

Hi dear. There are both pharmacological and non pharmacological treatment options available to reduce anxiety. Both together works wonderful. Meantime try some relaxation excercise like deep breathing. Meditation also helps in decreasing anxiety. Hope it helps.
