Have good sleep Do some meditation Be active, Limit caffeine , You can try chamomile tea with 2 tea bags before you go to bed it's excellent natural remedy for alleviating anxiety . Inhalation of lavender oil is equally good Try to avoid medications Clinical psychologist session will help you without any anti anxiety medication

Do yoga and meditation Stay away from smartphone. Watch comady movies. Mingle with friends. Engage your self in extra curricular activities Throw away the negative thoughts. Be positive. Read books before going to bed

What really makes you anxious? Is it something specific that triggers you? There are many tricks like grounding counting but this history is needed. I need to know whether you need medication or not. Don't worry i won't prescribe sleeping pills, it'll be for anxiety (if I'm prescribing)
