Hello Hope you are doing well Yes we can do as food have sufficient amount of nutrients but we need to rat daily We need to add all the colorful food in our daily diet Like 500g veg including fruits 2-3 serving milk and milk products 6-10 servings of cereal 3-4 servings of pulses
