Hi Include these foods for a healthy liver and to improve its functionality..such as Well balanced diet, detoxification on empty stomach upon rising .. with Lemon, mint, coriander, honey etc..low fat, moderate plant protein, low GI foods, complex carbs, all seasonal fruits and vegetables, dark green leafy vegetables, whole cereals and pulses, moderate fiber, essential fatty acids EFA'S nuts, seeds, dry fruits, toned milk and it's products etc will helps in detoxifying the liver..and gives you a healthy functioning liver for ages..with strict proper care..if given Quit smoking and alcoholic beverages.,also completely avoid high fatty and greasy foods, oily foods, deep fried foods, outside sweet items, baked items, chocolates and confectioneries, junk and fast foods, transfats, saturated fats , simple carbohydrates, artificial flavouring agents,etc..as much as you can..for having a healthy liver.. For vitamin B12 have previous day's overnight soaked cooked rice in water and have the rice next day morning for breakfast by draining the water from the rice and have that rice with curd or buttermilk...by doing so you will get vitamin B12 as the Resistance starch that develops during the soaking process the entire night will help you in many ways by giving you various beneficial nutrients along with vitamin B12... Thankyou

Hi, Liver is a vital organ to metabolise all food items. It is essential to have a well balanced diet and physical activity with sound sleep of 7-8 hours to take good care of your liver. Carbohydrate rich fruits like chickoo, Mango, Banana are essential to rejuvenate the liver cells. Deep coloured fruits and vegetables like Papaya, Watermelon, Kiwi,Carrot, Palak,Methi etc are all considered good for the liver. Vegetarian foods like Milk and products -curd are good sources of vitamin B12. As it is only found in animal products.
