Consult with a doctor

Hlo sir, I understand your concern. Since you had hepatitis A recently, your liver has already been under stress. It’s a good sign that your liver function tests are normal now, but after such infections, the digestive system often stays sensitive for some time. The burping, bloating and mild abdominal pain you are facing are usually due to post-infection gastritis, indigestion, or diet-related issues (like high-protein intake or whey supplements) rather than something serious like IBD. What you can do: Prefer light and easily digestible food, avoid oily and spicy meals. Reduce or pause protein supplements for some time and see if symptoms improve. Add probiotics or curd in diet to support gut health. Drink enough water and avoid excess coffee or alcohol. For bloating, simethicone-based medicine (after doctor’s advice) may help. When to consult If pain becomes persistent, if you notice blood in stool, unexplained weight loss, or continuous diarrhea, then further evaluation like IBD tests may be required. Your symptoms right now are more likely post-hepatitis digestion issues, not IBD. Anxiety can also make gastric problems feel worse. I hope this help u .
