Avoid jumping ,jogging ,squats ,leg exercise and heavy exercises for few days.
Take some analgesic like VOVERAN 50 mg if needed once or twice daily for 2-3 days.
Can consult with me for further management.
Please avoid jumping and doing impact aerobics for a few days.
You should not do jumping or any other activities where the body comes down on the floor with a jerk.
You are only 30 years old. Otherwise your symptoms suggest osteoarthritis.
It happens when you exert too much pressure on your body to get results in lesser time. Try taking it slowly and increase the amount of exercises in a gradual manner. Meanwhile..you can take Tab Painvoid AP sos. Also, do not bear heavy weights at once. Consult for any apt management if the pain persists or increases.
