For managing gastric issues and heartburn, pure honey can be soothing due to its anti-inflammatory and healing properties, particularly when dealing with conditions like H. pylori infection. If you’re looking for a good alternative, look for raw, organic honey from reputable brands, preferably with certifications such as “certified organic” or “raw honey.” Brands like Dabur Honey, Saffola Honey, and Zandu Pure Honey are commonly recommended, but ensure the honey is unprocessed to retain maximum benefits.
For heartburn and gastric relief, consider a diet rich in fiber, lean proteins, and alkaline foods like bananas, oatmeal, and leafy greens. Avoid spicy, fried, and acidic foods that may trigger heartburn. Eating smaller, frequent meals and staying upright after eating can help as well.

Healthy afternoon,
Take a tablespoon of honey and mix in a glass of water . If the honey is pure, it will lump together and settle at the bottom without readily dissolving.
On other hand , if it dissolves easily and blends uniformly with water, it may indicate adulteration, possibly containing added moisture or syrup.

Water test
Add a spoonful of honey to a glass of water and stir. Pure honey will settle at the bottom and not dissolve, while impure honey may dissolve or appear cloudy.

Consider these dietary recommendations:
1. Honey: Since honey has been helpful, consider pure, raw honey from trusted brands like Dabur, Zandu, or indigenous brands at organic stores. Look for certifications like “organic” or “raw” on the label to ensure quality.
2. Probiotics: Include probiotic-rich foods like yogurt, kefir, and fermented foods to promote gut health. Probiotics can help balance gut flora, which may alleviate H. pylori symptoms.
3. Avoid Trigger Foods: Limit spicy, acidic, and fried foods, as well as caffeine and alcohol, which can exacerbate heartburn and gastric issues.
4. Eating smaller meals more frequently can reduce stomach acid buildup and prevent heartburn.
5. Drinking water throughout the day helps in diluting stomach acid, reducing the chances of acid reflux.
