Hi For proper digestion and gastric issues make sure you soak the dal over night and then cook it .

Usually people with weak digestive enzymes find it difficult to digest pulses especially channa and rajmah. Few steps to help digest pulses are Soak pulses before cooking Cook pulses on slow fame for a longer period of time Avoid adding ready made masala Add half tsp raw ghee while eating Food has to be cooked well to be digested

Hie, whenever you include whole pluses in your meals try to soak them for 8-10hrs this will not only reduce the cooking time but it will make your pulses easy to digest. While cooking add hing, garlic,ginger in good amounts as they aid in digestion. Also ensure that the pulses are cooked throughly so that you do not face this issue.

You can add hing and garlic .....it will not create gastric problem...also don't repeat in the day. Thanks.
