Gas after having meal
I have gas problem after having meal, can't take heavy meal night time, there is no pain but lot of gas problem , pls suggest medicines

Hello Maam Since how long is this problem...if not more than few months just try drinking half glass for warm water just before food. If doesn't work then we can consult and suggest proper medicine. Its a digestive issue...if there is associated symptoms need to take proper medication.

Gas problem after meals, is a digestive defect. But heavy meal at night is not good for healthy body. A light meals is good at night time that too before 7pm. Late night meals may cause acidity, bloating feeling, and gas formation. Breakfast before 10am and lunch before 1.30 pm. No junks at teatime. More details if you need an online consultation.

In ayurveda it is known as addaman.It is caused when your digestive power is low. To get relieve you have to improve your digestive power. Simple remedy for this is you take suanf ( fennel seeds), jeera ( cumin seedds) and dhaniya (corriander seeds) in eqaul quantity make powder of this. You can add candy sugar (mishri) to it. Take 1 tsf powder 2-3 times daily. Take triphla churna 1 tsf daily in night.
