How to gain Body Mass naturally? I have been Mass Gainers for around 18 months to gain mass and I think I should stop consuming it. I was consuming 500 g of endura mass per month. Want suggestions to gain weight naturally

Don't use any supplements for increasing mass follow natural things for that take milk and milk products like cheese, paneer, curd, buttermilk, tofu, almonds,. Take more fluid in ur diet.

I would not suggest taking supplements for long.You can take them along with active exercise to gain body mass faster but it is actually the exercises which will improve your metabolism,your body mass and strengthen your bony and muscular system. You can generally take a protein rich diet including Chicken,egg,paneer,soya etc.
