Hi You can have fruits before breakfast but only as a breakfast meal .. Breakfast is the major and main fuel which one has in the morning. So have the healthy breakfast which will keep your metabolism active and healthy.

No it’s not healthy. Consuming fruits means mainly sugar only we need protein as main part of our bfast.
