Hello Maam.
It's really great that your mesiodens has fallen. It's an extra tooth and it definitely doesn't improve smile. Generally speaking gap between teeth is fairly common problem. So, the gap between your teeth can easily and quiet effectively be closed by Orthodontic treatment, which commonly is called braces or clip treatment. Now-a-days variety of options are available and it's really easy to use any to close the gap. Your treatment should take about a year or year and a half if no other problem is present. I suggest you consult an Orthodontist as soon as possible. Please don't worry. Your problem is quiet treatable and common.
Hoping that my answer has helped you a little.

U r young u have many options but If u want a permanent and hassle free lifetime solution only go for orthodontic treatment. Yes it’ll took a year or two but u won’t regret in future. As veneers or laminates will require extra care. U won’t be able bite properly from front tooth.
Depending on the extent of the gap you have quite a lot of options. The most stable and less invasive procedure is braces. If you are looking for quick fix you can go for veneers.
Hello mam, different treatments are available, based on your space we can decide the best treatment... We can do Ortho treatment, Veneering and also implants can be done... The lifetime option is implants but we should examine the space available to place implants...
