M/32/frequent urination from past 15 days,no stone,urine culture also negative.
Today checked fasting blood sugar which came out 2 be 115.however 25 days bak it was around 92.
Also urine problem becomes worse around 7pm,now it feels some urine is stuck and need 2 urinate after 20 mins.
In day time i need 2 go around after approx 2 hour.

Please get Sonography for lower abdomen and Prostate done. Also get CBC, urea, Creatinine done.
With the report please consult a General Surgeon or a Urologist for further management
Seems pre diabetes check random blood sugar levels and get HB1AC Done and this can be due to diabetes and prostratomegaly too soo get USG Lower abdomen done too and follow with reports please

There's some confusion regarding the age of the patient. Is it 67 or 32?
Symptoms like these in a middle-aged male could be due inflammation or infection of the prostate gland.
While in an elderly male, this happens most commonly due to age related enlargement of the prostate gland.
